OH Technologies is an AI, data, automation and software company based in Kampala, Uganda. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@ohtechlabs.com.
Contact form: your name, organisation, email, phone number and the message you send — used solely to respond to your enquiry.
AI assistant: messages you type into the chat are processed by a third-party AI service to generate replies. To remember returning visitors, your recent chat history and any follow-up contact details you share are stored in your own browser (local storage) — use the ↺ button in the chat to erase them at any time. Do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
Analytics: with your consent, we collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, interactions such as chatbot use and form submissions) to improve the site.
Essential cookies: small preferences such as your cookie choice itself.
To respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, operate the AI assistant, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run this site (hosting, analytics, AI processing), under appropriate safeguards.
Chat messages are sent to an AI model provider to generate responses. Responses are AI-generated and may contain errors; they do not constitute professional advice. We review our assistant's configuration and published AI-assisted content through human editorial review.
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement. Analytics data is retained per our analytics provider's standard settings. You may request deletion at any time.
